Part of our service included providing Real and Authentic 108 Buddhist Necklaces and Prayer Mala Beads that customers were able to get Blessed by Monks during the Sak Yant Experience.
As time went on, we would get many customers emailing and telling wonderful stories of how both the Sak Yant Tattoo and Buddhist Mala Bead Necklaces was having a positive effect on their lives. Often once they returned home, customers would request more Monk Blessed Prayer Beads as gifts for friends and family. Then, as the significance of just how special it was to obtain Buddhist Monk Bead Necklaces for use as Meditation Mala beads or worn as a protection Amulet – those who received the Monk Prayer Beads as gifts … asked to buy their own Monk Necklace for themselves and friends.
The Monk Mala website was created to provide Genuine Buddhist Mala Bead Necklace for Spiritual people and as the range of Buddhists Necklaces increased, Monk Mala soon became known as one of the best place to buy Buddhist Prayer Beads and Meditation Mala Necklaces online.

Mala Beads: What Are They?
Buddhist Mala beads have existed for thousands of years, first created in India over 3,000 years ago. They are rooted in Hinduism and Buddhism and are meant to help you focus your mind during meditation.
Mala beads traditionally have 108 beads. The largest bead, in the center, is known as the guru. It is said to hold the energy generated during your practice.
There are often but not always 108 beads on malas. The number of beads has many explanations but none that can be confirmed. The best way to think of them is that most mantras are repeated 100 times, and the extra mala beads allow to reach this number including miscounts.
Mala Beads and Meditation
Mala beads are used in spiritual and mindfulness practice. They’ve become more popular in the U.S. along with things like meditation and yoga, but have always been popular in Buddhist countries.
Meditation is originally a Ayurvedic and yogic practice. that became part of Buddhism when the Buddha become realized – as he previously used these methods of self development. Meditation also has neurological and physiological benefits. Meditation is meant to connect you to your deeper inner self, and it’s great for stress reduction. Regular meditation also helps you manage your emotions and attention span.
